1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee


If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the initial subscription payment.

• The refund will cover the full subscription fee minus any processing fees charged to us by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
• The 30-day period begins on the date of your first payment. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refunds After 30 Days

4. Non-Refundable Fees


Payment processing fees charged by third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunded amount.

В Tim Consulting OY мы стремимся предоставлять качественные образовательные услуги. Настоящая Политика возврата объясняет условия возврата средств за подписку.



1. Гарантия возврата в течение 30 дней


Если вы не удовлетворены своей подпиской, вы можете запросить возврат средств в течение 30 календарных дней с момента первоначальной оплаты.

• Возврат осуществляется в размере полной суммы подписки за вычетом комиссий, удержанных платёжной системой (например, Stripe).
• 30-дневный срок отсчитывается с даты первого платежа. Возвраты по последующим продлениям подписки не предусмотрены.

2. Как запросить возврат

3. Возвраты после 30 дней

4. Невозвратные комиссии


Комиссии платёжных систем (например, Stripe) являются невозвратными и будут удержаны из суммы возврата.
